Well, it's worth noting that in the old days the Christian world had an entire cycle of festivals built around the wheel of the year. Recovering that is something that's very important to me.
I wonder if you have ever thought of taking up a physical discipline, like yoga, tai chi or something similar? We don't currently have a purely Western movement system that works directly with the life force the way that those do, but it's in the works in various corners.
