The Russians are in the habit of singing the beatitudes and they do it beautifully. I'd normally try to direct you to a recording, but I can't do streaming anything right now, with my current bandwidth. But if you can do sheet music, there's a Greek setting here:
The Greeks are more "chant-y" in general than the Russians (who go all in for choral music). It's the base melody only-- chanters will tend to add little flourishes to it. But I kind of like that one-- chromatic is fun ;) Edit to add: I found a slavic melody here:
