Just out of curiosity, were you doing any sort of regular banishing or protection ritual around the time the night spirit attacks were happening?
Secondly, the general topic here is something that I think can be applied to the soul's journey throughout many incarnations --- that idea I have in my head is the act of trying to rush or force spiritual practices over the course of one lifetime, especially for someone who isn't karmically ready for intense spiritual practices, can open up a huge can of worms. And we've seen this mentality of rushing things affect entire religions, particularly the missionary and prophetic-type religions which are hyper-obsessed with getting people out of incarnation and off into whatever heavenly abode that features in the religion-in-question's cosmology.
