That's a great explanation for Confession, and I plan on borrowing it as well.
For what it's worth, the first time I went to Confession-- as a 7 year old Catholic-- I left the confessional feeling as though I were floating in a field of golden light.
Then I went to school the next day and bragged to all my friends about how I didn't have any sins anymore.
